Medicare Plan Guardian is a software tool sold to licensed Medicare insurance agents and field marketing organizations (FMOs). This Privacy Policy describes how Medicare Plan Guardian ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information from agents and businesses who visit our website and use our platform.

This is a business-to-business product. We are not collecting information from Medicare beneficiaries on this website. Agents who use Medicare Plan Guardian are independently responsible for their own compliance obligations with their clients, including applicable CMS, TCPA, HIPAA, and state privacy regulations.

Information We Collect From You

When you visit our website or purchase Medicare Plan Guardian, we may collect the following:

  • Name and business name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • State(s) of licensure
  • IP address and basic browser/device data
  • Form submissions and support requests

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your credit card number or payment details. Stripe’s privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Create and manage your agent portal account
  • Process your purchase and send order confirmations
  • Provide customer support and respond to your questions
  • Send product updates, renewal reminders, and service notices
  • Improve the Medicare Plan Guardian platform

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Section 3

Client Data Entered Into Your Portal

When you use Medicare Plan Guardian, you enter basic client-service information about your Medicare clients into your agent portal. Here is how that data is handled:

  • Your client data is visible only to you. No other agent can see or access your clients.
  • We do not sell, share, or use your client data for any purpose other than operating the reminder and app features you set up.
  • Your client data remains active as long as your account is in good standing.
  • If you choose not to renew your $49/year maintenance renewal, your portal, client apps, and all associated data will be deactivated and removed.
  • You can remove any individual client from your portal at any time.
Do not enter Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, payment information, medical records, or other sensitive health information into Medicare Plan Guardian. The platform is designed for basic client-service information only.

Push Notifications and the Client App

The Medicare Plan Guardian mobile app collects a device push notification token solely for the purpose of delivering Medicare plan reminders. No other personal data is collected by the app from the end user.

Medicare Plan Guardian delivers automated push notifications to your clients through their home-screen app. These are client-service reminders, not unsolicited marketing messages. Your client chooses to save the app to their phone by tapping the link you send them at the point of sale.

As the agent, you are responsible for ensuring your clients have agreed to receive these reminders and that your use of the platform complies with applicable TCPA, CMS, and state regulations governing client communications.

Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website uses standard cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. This includes basic data such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic location. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some website features may not function as intended.

Section 6

How We Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Email is not a secure communication method. Please do not send sensitive information via email to us.

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Email and notification delivery services — for account confirmations and renewal notices

Agent Compliance Responsibility

Medicare Plan Guardian provides tools for client-service reminders. As a licensed Medicare insurance agent, you remain solely responsible for:

  • Complying with CMS marketing and communication guidelines
  • Obtaining any required client consent before enrolling them in the app
  • Following TCPA rules applicable to your client communications
  • Complying with your carrier, FMO, and state-specific requirements
  • Ensuring that reminder messages you configure are accurate and compliant

Medicare Plan Guardian is not a legal or compliance service. Nothing in this platform or its materials constitutes legal advice.

Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct or update your information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

CAN-SPAM Compliance

Any email we send will clearly identify who it is from and include instructions for how to unsubscribe. You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. Transactional emails related to your account will continue regardless of marketing opt-out.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Medicare Plan Guardian after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
