We are not affiliated with Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration, the United States Government, or any federal or state program.
Medicare Plan Guardian is a software tool sold directly to licensed insurance professionals. It is not an insurance product, insurance agency, or carrier.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing payment, you agree to these terms and authorize the applicable charge.
Renewals:Your annual renewal is automatic. Your payment method on file will be charged $49 on your renewal date each year. You will receive a reminder before each renewal. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date by contacting support@medicareplanguardian.com.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital software access, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service, please contact us at support@medicareplanguardian.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
As a licensed insurance professional using Medicare Plan Guardian, you are solely responsible for:
Medicare Plan Guardian provides tools for client-service reminders. The agent is responsible for determining whether and how to use these tools within their specific regulatory environment. We are not responsible for compliance violations arising from an agent's use of the platform.
Agents enter basic client information into the Medicare Plan Guardian portal to power the app experience. You agree that:
You may remove any client record from your portal at any time. Upon account termination or non-renewal, your client data will be retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, all client data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

Medicare Plan Guardian delivers automated push notifications to your clients' devices through the home-screen app. These notifications are Medicare plan-service reminders, not unsolicited marketing communications.
As the agent, you are responsible for ensuring that your clients have agreed to receive these reminders and that your use of this feature complies with applicable TCPA, CMS, and state regulations governing client communications.
The Medicare Plan Guardian client app collects a device push notification token solely for the purpose of delivering Medicare plan reminders. No other personal data is collected by the app from the end user.
We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue specific notification types with reasonable notice to users.
All content, design, code, features, and materials associated with Medicare Plan Guardian — including but not limited to the agent portal, client app, alert sequences, dashboard, and branding — are the exclusive intellectual property of LJM Insurance Agency Ltd.

Upon termination, your portal access will be revoked immediately. Your client data will be retained for 90 days following termination to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, all associated client data will be permanently deleted. You may request termination of your account or early deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@medicareplanguardian.com.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via email.
Your continued use of Medicare Plan Guardian after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Medicare Plan Guardian shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wisconsin.
